rajawali Casino & Sportsbook Data Care
This page describes what we collect when you use rajawali and how we keep that data protected. Our commitment is to handle your personal information transparently, process it only as needed to deliver our sportsbook and live casino services, and respect your rights under applicable law. We operate across supported jurisdictions, so your data may be stored and processed in locations outside your region.
When you access rajawali via our mobile app on Android or iOS, or through our web browser interface, we gather information necessary to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals through payment rails such as DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet, and maintain the security of your account. We also collect data about your interaction with our platform—which markets you view during Liga 1 or Champions League seasons, which live-dealer tables you join, and your betting history—to improve service quality and detect fraud.
Our policy reflects the practical realities of operating a sportsbook and casino platform. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, but we do share certain identifiers with payment processors, identity-verification vendors, and anti-fraud systems. This page sets out exactly what we do, your choices, and how to contact us if you have concerns.
What we collect on rajawali
We collect information you provide directly: your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address when you create your rajawali account. We also require a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement to verify your identity before you can deposit funds or withdraw winnings. This KYC (Know Your Customer) process is a legal requirement in all jurisdictions where we operate.
Beyond account setup, we gather transactional data whenever you deposit or withdraw. We record the date, time, amount, payment method (whether DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking), and the outcome of each transaction. We also log your IP address, device type, browser version, and approximate location (city level, such as Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung) each time you access rajawali. This helps us detect unauthorized access and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Behavioral and preference data
Our platform tracks which sports, leagues, and betting markets you engage with. If you frequently visit the Liga 1 Indonesia fixture list, or place bets during Piala AFF tournaments, or prefer live baccarat tables over slot games, we record these patterns. We also note the device you use, the time of day you typically access rajawali, and whether you have opted to receive promotional notifications. None of this information is used to build a profile for sale; it is used internally to personalize your experience, improve our market offerings, and anticipate technical issues.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and local storage to remember your login session, store your language preference, and track user behaviour across our platform. A session cookie expires when you close your browser; a persistent cookie remains on your device for a set period (typically up to one year) and helps us recognize you on your next visit. We do not use third-party advertising cookies; our cookies serve only to operate rajawali and prevent fraud. If you disable cookies in your browser settings, you may not be able to log in or place bets.
How we use your data
We use your personal information for four main purposes: (1) to operate your account and process financial transactions through our payment partners; (2) to comply with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks and tax reporting; (3) to prevent fraud, detect unusual account activity, and protect our platform and other users; and (4) to communicate with you about account maintenance, security alerts, and changes to our terms.
Your behavioural data—which markets you view, which games you play, and your betting patterns—helps us improve our platform. For example, if many users in Jakarta visit our Liga 1 market during peak hours but experience slow load times, we can identify and fix that bottleneck. We also use this data to decide which new sports to add (such as Piala Indonesia or Piala AFF coverage) and which live-dealer studio angles to upgrade.
Third-party processors and data sharing
We share your personal data with specific third parties only as needed to deliver our service. Our payment processors—the companies that handle DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet transactions, as well as our banking partners mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet—receive your name, account number, and transaction details. These processors are bound by confidentiality agreements and use your data solely to settle payments.
We also engage an identity-verification vendor to confirm your government ID and address during KYC registration. This vendor operates according to anti-fraud standards and does not retain your documents longer than we do. Additionally, we use a fraud-detection service that analyzes login patterns, device fingerprints, and transaction anomalies to flag suspicious activity; this service does not have access to your betting history, only to account-access and payment metadata.
We do not share your data with marketers, data brokers, or social media platforms for advertising purposes. We do not sell your email or phone number. In rare instances—such as if we receive a court order or a regulatory investigation—we may disclose data to government authorities. Otherwise, your information remains within our system and our trusted partners' systems.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can view and edit most of your account information (name, email, phone, address) directly in your rajawali profile settings. If you wish to request a complete copy of your data in machine-readable format, or if you believe we hold inaccurate information, you can contact our support team using the methods listed below.
You can also opt out of promotional communications (newsletters, bonus notifications) at any time by toggling your preferences in your account or by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send. However, we will still send you transactional messages—confirmations of deposits, withdrawal approvals, security alerts—because these are necessary to operate your account. If you wish to close your account entirely, you can request account closure through our support channel; we will remove your active betting data but retain records required by law for a set retention period.

Data retention and security
We retain your account information for as long as your rajawali account is active, plus a minimum of seven years after closure to comply with anti-money-laundering and tax regulations. Transaction records, KYC documents, and fraud-detection logs are stored for this extended period in encrypted databases. Once the retention period expires, we delete or anonymize your personal data unless we are required by law to keep specific records.
Our servers are protected by SSL encryption, firewalls, and access controls. We do not store payment-card details directly; payment processors handle card data according to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). However, we do retain the last four digits of your card and your transaction history. Your passwords are salted and hashed, meaning we cannot read them even if our database were compromised. If we discover a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe and advise steps you can take to protect yourself.
We keep your data for the minimum time necessary, encrypted in transit and at rest, and shared only with processors who have contractually agreed to protect it as strictly as we do.
